Service Offerings
Drive Star operates its North American operations in three distinct market niches;
We provide full service Interstate & Intrastate as well as Inter-Provincial and Extra-Provincial.
Each of our terminals is responsible for sourcing customers in their geographic area offering all
three levels of service. However, the ultimate responsibility for long haul transfers rests with the
central operations group.
We understand that each of our customers is unique and have varying levels of service requirements depending on the individual piece of equipment or even the time of the month.
It is for this reason that we have developed three distinct service / pricing options for
single unit “OTR” drive-a-way;
This service is offered to those customers who are faced with the most demanding service
requirements. When this service is selected, you can expect the vehicle to be picked up within
24 hours of the vehicles completion/readiness date.

Please Note: Expedited Service refers to response time to vehicle pick up and not delivery. Delivery will be affected according to all D.O.T. operating constraints. Weather, traffic and other acts beyond our control may affect delivery date and time. Dependent on the time of day in which the order is received, we cannot guarantee 24 hours response time if the public transportation is not available in the market.
This service is offered to those customers who are faced with less demanding service requirements, however must still have their equipment picked up within a short period of time. When this service is selected, you can expect the vehicle to be picked up within 5 days of the vehicles completion/readiness date. This service is generally a less expensive option than our expedited service; however, you will still receive the same level of attention and care as you expect had you chosen option # 1. Please Note: 5 Day Service refers to response time to vehicle pick up and not delivery. Delivery will be affected according to all D.O.T. operating constraints. Weather, traffic and other acts beyond our control may affect delivery date and time.
This service is offered to those customers who are more focused on cost than being able to predict delivery. This level of service is generally chosen for stock units rather than sold units for example. When this service is selected, you can expect the vehicle to be picked up within 10 days of the vehicles completion/readiness date. This service is generally the least expensive option. When choosing Option # 3, you will continue to receive the same level of attention and care as you could expect had you chosen option # 1 or # 2. When cost is a concern, but professionalism is a priority, call 866-DRV-STAR.
